In order to solve the problem of such weldments, the characteristics of titanium alloy materials, machining and cutting characteristics, the selection of tool materials, the processing characteristics of milling, and the coolant are analyzed, so as to improve the pass rate of titanium alloy parts and control the product quality of parts. In order to better control the quality of products, we must first control the cutting parameters of non-standard equipment parts, understand and master the processing characteristics of materials.
The air-bearing spindle also has the advantages of good dynamic characteristics, long accuracy life, no vibration, and a rigidity/load that is commensurate with the conditions of use. However, careful work needs to be done in terms of spindle stiffness, heat generation and maintenance.
